По данным местных СМИ, российские власти начали выписывать штрафы, а в некоторых случаях и депортировать нарушителей. Без пафоса — тихо, методично, законно.
В Тбилиси начались протесты. Водители собрались у здания МИД Грузии, требуя принятия мер. Грузинские власти начали переговоры с Москвой, но между двумя странами нет официальных дипломатических отношений с 2008 года. Это всё тормозит.
